Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using kiwitreasure-casino.com, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Bonus Terms in force at the time.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
To register and use Kiwi’s Treasure Casino, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain security of your login credentials.
Accounts registered with false information, or on behalf of another person, will be closed. Any funds deposited on such accounts may be returned to the original payment source after deducting reasonable verification and administration costs.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Kiwi’s Treasure Casino is required by law to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, where appropriate, at other stages of the customer relationship. This is consistent with New Zealand’s Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (AML/CFT Act).
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
| Document Type | Purpose | Accepted Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of Identity | Age & name | NZ Passport, Driver’s Licence |
| Proof of Address | Residential address | Utility bill, bank statement (90 days) |
| Proof of Payment | Payment method ownership | Card photo (first 6 / last 4 digits) |
| Source of Funds | AML compliance | Payslip, bank statement, tax return |
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or closure of the account. Funds held on unverified accounts will be returned to the original deposit method.
Deposits
All deposits are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). You may deposit using any payment method listed in the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for most methods.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed. We reserve the right to decline deposits from any payment method at our discretion.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is your own, has been legally obtained, and is not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
Withdrawals
You may withdraw your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by Kiwi’s Treasure Casino are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules below. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms.
Games & Fair Play
All games offered on the Kiwi’s Treasure Casino platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is independent, random, and not influenced by previous results, the size of a bet, or any other factor within a player’s control.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage shown for each game is a theoretical long-term average, calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions may produce results significantly above or below this average.
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected game round will be declared void and any stake involved will be returned to your account balance. If a win is erroneously credited due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and recover the incorrectly credited funds.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
Responsible Gambling
Kiwi’s Treasure Casino is committed to the responsible provision of gambling services. We offer tools to help you manage your gambling, and we encourage all players to use them proactively.
Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, we will use reasonable technical means to prevent you from opening new accounts and will suppress all marketing communications.
Account Suspension & Closure
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected
The account holder has been identified as underage
We have received a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder’s bank
Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the restriction or closure of the account
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds will be returned to the original payment source, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to us and completion of any required investigation.
